Burrows cites loss of opportunity to arrest 10-13 year olds at Fountain/Bishop Street in blocking criminal responsibility amendment

Jon Burrows cited the loss of the opportunity for arresting children aged between 10 and 13 at the Fountain/Bishop Street interface in Derry as a reason for blocking proposals to raise the age of criminal responsibility.
