Champion Derry rower Daniel Collins appeals to be allowed to compete in British Rowing Indoor Championships as Irish athlete under national flag

Champion rower Daniel Collins has appealed to British Rowing to allow him to compete in this year’s British Rowing Indoor Championships (BRIC) as an Irish athlete under the national flag.
