Derry woman calls for action over derelict dwellings attracting rats and causing damp

Housing Executive tenant Bridie Armstrong says she has been left “angry, isolated and fed up” after five years living beside a vacant property, with issues such as rats and damp and impacting her daily life and prompting her to call for stronger laws to prevent derelict properties affecting neighbouring households.
