Domestic incidents 'tip of iceberg' due to under-reporting Derry & Strabane Council told

The almost 3,000 domestic abuse incidents recorded here in a single year may only be the tip of the iceberg, Foyle Woman's Aid CEO, Marie Brown has told Derry City & Strabane District Council.
